Always free, always outside, peer led and open to all men.

“I am not very good at doing a physical workout alone. I enjoy and need the camaraderie and encouragement that comes in working out with other men together. ”

ABOUT F3

F3 Nation
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 has grown to more than 39 states and 2,667 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.
The three Fs in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.
We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo) does. Learn more about F3 Nation.
Our workouts are …
- Are free of charge.
- Are open to all men.
- Are peer led
- Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold.
- End with a circle of trust.
F3 Princeton
F3 Princeton is the first in New Jersey. Curtis Hoberman, an organizer for F3 Princeton, had read a magazine article about F3, and was puzzled that he could not find it in New Jersey. So, at dark-thirty on a Saturday morning at the end of June 2018, he made the trek out to an F3 Valley Forge workout in Phoenixville, PA. “It was a great workout experience, reminding me of Princeton YMCA noontime workouts in the early 1980’s. The Valley Forge men were very welcoming and encouraging to me, and it had been a very long time since I had done something like this. I am not very good at doing a physical workout alone. I enjoy and need the camaraderie and encouragement that comes in working out with other men together. ” Curtis says.
The Princeton chapter has been going strong since April 2019 and meets multiple times per week, see the schedule below to join us.
