Yippy Ki Yay Memorial BD!
F3llas, As we continue to honor and remember one of our fallen brother from F3 Morris, Yippy Ki Yay!, I want to humbly ask our Qs: if it fits your plan, please consider using the Memorial BD at one of your upcoming workouts.
We don’t do this to dwell in loss, but to stand shoulder-to-shoulder in gratitude—for a man who showed up, carried the load, and left a mark on this brotherhood. Moving together under the gloom is one small way we say: you mattered, you are remembered, and you are still one of us.
No obligation—only an invitation. Thank you, Qs, for the way you lead, care, and create space for honor and healing.
Peace, SideOut

The return of GTE Events for 2026
Hey PAX who are up for a serious challenge: read the post from Cadre Daniel of F3….the Freedom Ops experience will be life changing I can assure you.
“Men of this great nation, from the first GrowRuck event conceptualized by F3 co-founders Dredd and OBT in NOV 2016 (Jax Beach, FL) until present, there have been 62 Growth Training Exercises (GTE) and Growth Running Exercises (GRE) with 3,502 pax completing one of these transformational events! Now in 2026, Freedom Ops (formerly GrowRuck) is bringing ten GTEs, one GRE, and a new event concept called Vanguard Series – Phalanx to strategic locations throughout the US. It is my strong opinion that every man should complete at least one GTE or GRE for his leadership development and the betterment of his own mental toughness. Added benefit… these events are guaranteed to accelerate community growth. Are you ready to be transformed? Are you prepared to transform your community? Get some! Sign up! Train hard! Perform! (the photo shown is from a cadre member training camp last winter in VA… the Freedom Ops cadre team is ready to change lives… how about YOU?!)”
I know a bunch of bad asses in this group who would kick the pants off this challenge. Guaranteed you’ll grow as a person and as a leader- ask @Harjot Pannu (Cruiser) – Sept 25-27 in Blue Ridge, VA

F3 Bergen’s 2nd Year Manniversary – 2/28 – 7am
F3 Princeton Brothers—our brothers from F3 Bergen – The Shield Wall are celebrating their 2nd yr Manniversary, great chance to show what strong regions do: support each other. If you’ve never posted with Bergen, now’s the time – plan on it, add it on your calendars. Bring the F3 Princeton energy to Northern NJ.
This year, F3 Princeton, marks our 7th Year Manniversary. The celebration date will be on Saturday, April 11, 2026. 7 Years Strong!
What started with a few men showing up in the gloom has grown into something far bigger than workouts—it’s leadership, brotherhood, and HIMpact.
To make this manniversary meaningful, Pax are encouraged to step in and step up by offering Time, Talent, and Treasure—whether that’s being a Q lead, helping plan, organize, support, or simply show up with purpose.
This isn’t about one guy or the Shared Leadership Team (SLT) carrying the load. It’s about ALL of us owning it together.
More details coming soon, but start thinking now: • How can you serve? • Where can you help? • Who can you bring alongside you?
Let’s make our 7th year something we’re proud to look back on—and even more excited to build on.
Be Free to Lead! Be Free to Serve! Be Free to Love!
BE ALL IN!

Princeton PAX — quick ask.
My Impossible exists to help people pursue their impossible through community, structure, and ownership.
F3 helped carry mine—climbing Kilimanjaro in a wheelchair. You didn’t lower the bar. You stood with me.
This April, My Impossible is partnering with Spartan to support 1–2 individuals in the Spartan Sprint (5K).
We’re looking for someone who: • Faces a real physical or life constraint • Will train and take ownership • Needs community to do the hard thing
Not charity. Shared commitment.
If someone comes to mind (F3, family, local community), DM me: • Who they are • Why this is their impossible • Why they’re ready

Ok. @Curtis Hoberman (Dos Equis) had a great thought yesterday: let’s make January (and February) a Buddy Makeup month. I know some of you are “behind”. I will message each participant individually with your prior matches. You can let me know if you no longer want to participate or share any other thoughts on how we can make this work better for you.

Thanks to BH for organzing this. Find your partner above and let BH know if you want to join next month.
