News and Notes from the F3 Princeton AOs, and the F3 Nation
Shout Outs!
📣 Shout Out to the PAX putting in the work to make F3 Princeton’s 7th Anniversary a success. We’re in the final stretch before the big day, and there’s plenty of opportunities to get involved in volunteering or fellowship. See the following note from SideOut on what’s needed next Saturday.
Brothers,
Word on our AOs and the Northeast Sector is spreading—we’ve got a special guest flying in from F3 Nation to celebrate our 7-Year Anniversary with us, and we’re expecting a bigger turnout than usual. Let’s be locked in and ready.
To make this a great showing:
Show-up early – Aim to arrive by 6:15 AM (or earlier) at The Rising AO so we’re set up and ready to welcome our guests the right way.
Park with purpose – Please park by the pool/basketball area to keep the lower lot open for incoming Pax and visitors.
Bring the extras – We’ve got a SignupGenius for food, but if you’ve got something additional to share, bring it. The more, the merrier.
Let’s represent well, lead from the front, and give our guests a welcome and anniversary beatdown they won’t forget.
📣 Shout Out to Huck L Berry, Head of Culture for F3 Nation for flying in to our region this week and attending the 7th Manniversary. Come on out and hang with him this week before the big event!
📣 Shout Out to Photo Finish for completing the first of 100 hygiene bags for the Rescue Mission of Trenton. We will be completing the rest as a service project during the 7th Anniversary.
📣 Shout Out to RedCoat for finishing in the top 27% of his age group in the Crossfit Quarterfinals.
And just like that CrossFit Open quarterfinals are completed. Finished in top 27% but only top 10% advance to the next level of competition. Still quite content with my results, I also know exactly what I must work on in order to advance.
Next “Bring your friend” day at my gym is coming up on the last week of April. Will be sharing info once I have it for those who are interested.

F3llas, Posting this to build awareness and, more importantly, to build momentum.
You’ve heard about special F3 Nation guest… We have a unique opportunity in front of us. Huck L Berry—F3 Nation’s Head of Culture—is making his way through the Northeast Sector starting April 9, and he’ll be spending time with the Pax, shoulder-to-shoulder, in the gloom and around the table.
While he’ll be bouncing between AOs, we’re locking in something special for F3 Princeton:
This isn’t just another 2nd F. This is a chance to show who and what F3 Princeton is about:
A chance to lean in.
A chance to connect.
A chance to sharpen and strengthen the bond.
As we stand on the edge of our 7-year anniversary, let’s set the tone early. Let’s show up with intention, energy, and gratitude.
If you’re able—BE ALL IN. Hard commit .
Bring your presence. Bring your story. Bring a brother.
Our F3 Princeton 7-Year Anniversary is right around the corner, and this is the moment to go ALL IN.
Let’s make a strong push these next few weeks: • Keep EH’g – there are sad clowns out there. • Reach out to the PAX who haven’t posted in a while – perfect time to ask them back. • Connect with other regions – spread the word outside our region, outside NJ.
Seven years of miles, mornings, and brotherhood is something special. Let’s fill the gloom with as many men as possible and celebrate what we’ve built together.
ALL hands on deck. Let’s make this one to remember.
Flyer to share…
SideOut
F3llas,
This year, F3 Princeton, marks our 7th Year Manniversary. The celebration date will be on Saturday, April 11, 2026. 7 Years Strong!
What started with a few men showing up in the gloom has grown into something far bigger than workouts—it’s leadership, brotherhood, and HIMpact.
To make this manniversary meaningful, Pax are encouraged to step in and step up by offering Time, Talent, and Treasure—whether that’s being a Q lead, helping plan, organize, support, or simply show up with purpose.
This isn’t about one guy or the Shared Leadership Team (SLT) carrying the load. It’s about ALL of us owning it together.
More details coming soon, but start thinking now: • How can you serve? • Where can you help? • Who can you bring alongside you?
Let’s make our 7th year something we’re proud to look back on—and even more excited to build on.
Be Free to Lead! Be Free to Serve! Be Free to Love!
BE ALL IN!

Schuylkill River Relay– 4/26– Philly
I’ve registered team “F3 Princeton” for the Schuylkill River Relay on Sun April 26: I’ve run 19 races in the past 3 years, and this was the most fun (https://runsignup.com/Race/PA/MontClare/TheSchuylkillRiver50kRelay). @Marc Rubenstein (ScarU) is confirmed. We need 5 more (including one alternate, who can run in a pair). Each person runs ~5 miles. It’s really fun. I’ve paid the full amount (cost is $47/person).

Broad Street Run Lottery is open – 5/3!
Hey Guys- lmk if you are interested for Broad Street Run in Philadelphia this year, May 3rd 2026. Broad street is a FLAT 10 mile course in 1 direction, in fact slightly downhill! Lottery opens Feb 1st, 2026. Would be fun to do this with a group and it is great race for anyone who trains appropriately.
Reposting the July Spartan race event as some folks have expressed interest.
2026 Spartan Event in Poconos Team Name: Princeton Six-Two

WOLFSDEN40 – Try this coupon for a very good deal on the race. Not sure how long it would last.
Any runners interested in Blue Ridge Relay Sept 11-12? Lowes of F3 Indian Valley is forming a 12-man team. @Harjot Pannu (Cruiser), others and I have run this race before. It’s a lot of fun. Ask anyone who’s run it. If we are ambitious, we can try to field a NJ team. Alternatively we can join Lowe’s team.
Hey PAX who are up for a serious challenge: read the post from Cadre Daniel of F3….the Freedom Ops experience will be life changing I can assure you.
“Men of this great nation, from the first GrowRuck event conceptualized by F3 co-founders Dredd and OBT in NOV 2016 (Jax Beach, FL) until present, there have been 62 Growth Training Exercises (GTE) and Growth Running Exercises (GRE) with 3,502 pax completing one of these transformational events! Now in 2026, Freedom Ops (formerly GrowRuck) is bringing ten GTEs, one GRE, and a new event concept called Vanguard Series – Phalanx to strategic locations throughout the US. It is my strong opinion that every man should complete at least one GTE or GRE for his leadership development and the betterment of his own mental toughness. Added benefit… these events are guaranteed to accelerate community growth. Are you ready to be transformed? Are you prepared to transform your community? Get some! Sign up! Train hard! Perform! (the photo shown is from a cadre member training camp last winter in VA… the Freedom Ops cadre team is ready to change lives… how about YOU?!)”
I know a bunch of bad asses in this group who would kick the pants off this challenge. Guaranteed you’ll grow as a person and as a leader- ask @Harjot Pannu (Cruiser) – Sept 25-27 in Blue Ridge, VA
