As part of our commitment to safety, we need to be prepared for emergencies that may occur during any F3 event. To be prepared:
- I like to ask folks NOT in Slack to get into our F3 Princeton Slack. If you don’t know how or was never invited to it, let me know or someone, so you can get invited. Below #2 will be format of how you’ll add your profile info.
- If you’re in Slack / have Slack Profile, kindly updated as:
Full Name field: Given/Hospital Name
Display Name field: Given/Hospital Name (F3 Name)
Title field: Add your In Case of Emergency (ICE) Contact Name & Phone Number
Phone Number field: Best Phone Number to contact you.This is a MUST thing to complete for everyone’s safety.

Ragnar Trail Run NJ – 10/3 & 10/4
Men, looking for an adventure in October? Training for the Princeton half and feel like you don’t want to spend all that training on just one event? Great! We want you to sign up for Ragnar New Jersey.
It’s a badass 24 hour relay starting Friday morning and running straight through the night until Saturday morning. Each man does 3 loops totaling 15.7mi. F3 Princeton has fielded teams a few years running now, and it’s incredible! This year it’s Oct 3 – Oct 4.
Don’t think about it, just do it! Let me know and I’ll put you on our list!
