F3 Dad’s Camp 2025 – Recap!
Glad to see some Dads / 2.0 2025 HPSP Campers able to climb interior of HPSP Monument and do BD at the base.
Welcome to Lambo.
Fun and soaking wet times by 2 isolated showers to dampen some moments. Twice, rain came at wrong times:
1. Saturday 3pm, when we’re about to start our hike up the monument from the campsite. We ended up scrambling to try to tie a tarp covering over fire pit but did not work.
Joke #1: How many F3 Pax will it take to get a tarp covering built for rain shelter?
2. Saturday dinner cooking time. On the 3rd spaghetti box to cook; burgers, chicken, hot dogs still on bbq grill, Pharmer says, “I feel rain drops.” All of a sudden 2nd downpour. Nothing was showing on the weather app when Lambo checked.
Joke #2: How many F3 Pax does it take to bbq burger, chicken, hotdogs?

IronPAX Challenge is Coming in September!
What is IronPAX??️
It’s “You vs You” type challenge. F3 Greenwood will design workouts for 5 weeks (week 0-4) during the month of September. All F3 Nation men who want to participate will do the same workout for that given week. Q just needs to lead it. Lots of coupon workouts included.
