Scrambled Egg-cellent Challenge– November & December!
For 2 months (Nov 1 & Dec 31) – Pax to go & post, in any order, to ALL 8 F3 Princeton AOs: (The Swamp (Hopewell Valley), The Anchor (Burlington), The Big House (Princeton), Stairs on Thursday (Princeton Stadium), Ruck/Run at D&R Canal (Princeton), The Rising (West Windsor Community Park), Run with Risky (cRANbury), & The Oak (Monroe).
This challenge is named in honor of @Joe Becker (Scrambled) (F3 New Providence) who downrange to ALL the F3 Princeton AOs and other NJ Region AOs to accomplish their Garden State Summer Tour Challenge. If he can accomplish getting to ALL our F3 Princeton AOs and post, I have Faith that we can also do it. Pax don’t have to do it alone – carpool and go at same day/time. This challenge makes us cross-pollinate workout, Q/VQ at another AO, meet other Pax from our own AOs that you’ve not met or been a while that you’ve seen/talked to. We want to make sure ALL are engaged and participating.

I found F3 on September 10, 2018 here in Charlottesville, VA. Since then, I’ve been blessed to serve as chair of the F3 Advisory Council and on the F3 Nation Board.
I see an opportunity for F3 men to come together outside of the gloom to network, share wisdom, and lift up the next man. So, with DOAH’s blessing, I have set up an opportunity for you, me, and other HIM to do just that.
Every Thursday Morning we have a stadium workout. Anyone interested in going on a Saturday to do some Beer Lifts?

3rd Annual Winter Solstice – Saturday, Dec 20, 2025
Four hours fellowship ruck/walk (8pm – midnight – approx 13miles) at the D&R Canal. We will invite other NJ Region AOs and make it as a Winter Convergence.
This means, Pax who wants to do this, needs to start rucking – 2 months to train.
