Warm-up: five each of SSH, IW, arm circle, overhead clap. Then: DC stretches.
Thang 1: 11’s with Carolina dry docs, and squats.
Thang 2: Dora with: Merkins, lunges (one is one), LBC (one is one).
Thang 3: progressive stations: divide into three groups, each group does one of the following: curl, overhead press, run one lap. When the runners get back, everyone moves over one station, and repeat. Do two rounds.
Mary: once around the circle, everyone do a core exercise.
