Full House of Pain Workout, aka „Card“io Legs Day.

WARMUP: arm circle/ circle arms, windmills, and jump rope x10
21‘s- 21 SSH‘s, the cadence count goes quiet at 5. Complete to exactly 21. Any PAX stops too soon or goes over (busts) gets dealt a 5 Burpee penalty. No PAX folded.
THE THANG: 2 stacks of cards. Stack 1, each card had a Legs exercise written on it. Stack 2 comprised of 5‘s- 5 reps, 10,J,Q,K‘s- 10 reps, & A‘s- 15 reps. Joker cards are wild, PAX choice of exercise and rep count.
After each round 1 loop mosey. 5 rounds total with the last round being double the reps.
The exercises were;
Star Jacks, Up Downs, Duck Walk, Donkey Kicks, Country Crabs, Lt. Danger, Air Chairs, Jungle Bois, Flying Nun, Happy Jacks, Sumo Squats, Smurf Jacks, Tuck Jumps, No Surrenders, Imp. Squat Walkers, Monkey Humpers, Bonnie Blair’s, Suzanne Somers, Bobby Hurleys, LL Cool J, Copperhead Squats, Prisoner Squats. 2 cards never dealt out were Flutters and San Antonio Shuffles.
