THE THANG: A crowdsourced Four-Corners workout around the BigHouse lawn. Each corner was designated as either arms, legs, core, or cardio. At each one, select two appropriate exercises , and do 2 sets of 20 reps each. Then mosey one lap, and moved to the next corner.
Repeat the whole 4/4 routine twice.
