Klondike and I each alternated leading exercises throughout today’s workout.
WARMUP: Arm Circles, Circle Arms, Arm Pretzels, Trunk Twists, etc
THE THANG: “Road Trip” to the Princeton YMCA Pavilion, with ‘Dips” stop at fountain at Mediterra. More exercises at the pavilion. We figured out it is relatively warmer (??) there than being in the cold confines of a parking garage

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Super Bowl event at DC’s house on Sunday, 2/8; Hitchcock Movie coming up;
COT: Granted it was wicked cold, being in good fellowship and working out with a brother makes it worthwhile to do.
