Reflection / COT:
Today, my internal odometer made two clicks to 70. It’s made two clicks in the past, yet this one is different. I agree with my friend, Red Baron of F3 Snacktown (Hanover, PA), that with this birthday, one becomes keenly aware of one’s mortality. Something I did not think on previous birthdays when the odometer made two clicks. I am seeking to live life without regrets. Live life with a grateful heart. I encouraged the Pax to give thought about their legacy; What have you done to make a difference in this world? Seek to get 1% better with each workout and each day.
Honored to lead,
Dos Equis
