5 min, alternating each minute:
Cardio (lap around the lower lot)
12 alt. Lunges
THE THANG: 15 min of:
12 then 10 Dumbbell/Coupon Goblet Split Squat
12 then 10 half-kneeling DB/Coupon Strict Press
12 then 10 DB/Coupon Squeeze floor press

9 minutes alternating each minute:
Cardio choice (high knees, SSH, Side to Side)
Alt. Lunges
Mountain climbers
