THE THANG:
Eight rounds of The Gauntlet — 6 coupons, 5 yards apart, nobody standing upright for longer than it took to carry the coupon back. Bear crawls, low crawls, crab walks, alligator crawls, lateral crawls both directions. Every round finished with a coupon carry and penalty reps. Round 8 finished with burpee broadjumps because we’re grateful for the gift of fitness.
Coupons were racked and PAX partnered up for 4 rounds of the Circle of Suffering — partners run the big loop in opposite directions, and wherever you meet your partner, you turn around. No rest, no mercy, just the creeping realization that you’re always running toward someone and never quite getting anywhere. PAX found creative ways to avoid their partners. It didn’t work.
