At F3 Princeton, I am surrounded by creative guys who come up with great themes for workouts. For this workout, I asked the question: What would Brisket do if he were the Q?
Following, his inspiration and legacy as serving as a Q, here’s how it went…
Warm-Up
- Shoulder stretch across (left and right)
- Arms over head, stretch left, stretch right
- Arm Circles
- Circle Arms
- Tippy Taps
- Imperial Walker
Mosey through the parking lot to first tree on entry road.
Route 66 – For today it is called, Merkins At The Trees (MATT)
10 reps at first tree, descending reps at every other tree along the way.
Mosey to basketball courts.
Escalators and Heart Chargers
- Heart Chargers across the full basketball court
