WARMUP: Side straddle hop, tippy taps, windmills, stretches
THE THANG: Segment 1 – The Strength Pyramid (15 min)
Start at 5 reps, go up to 10, then back down to 5. (5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5)
For each level, complete:
Merkins (push-ups)
Squats
Alternating lunges (each leg = 1)
Total = 66 reps per exercise if you complete the whole pyramid.
Segment 2 – Core & Cardio Ladder (15 min)
Start at 10 reps, add 5 reps each round until you hit 25, then stop.
For each round, do:
Big boy sit-ups
Burpees
American hammers (4-count = 1)
So:
Round 1 = 10 reps each
Round 2 = 15 reps each
Round 3 = 20 reps each
Round 4 = 25 reps each
If time allows, work your way back down.
