Shout out to Naren Nayak (Shut Up, Richard; F3 Boston)…
He’s the first DownRange Pax to earn the F3 Princeton Scrambled Egg-cellent Challenge patch. He did not even know he was scrambling. He met and worked out with F3 Princeton Pax all over. He went to 5 out of 8 AOs while staying in Monroe with family. Honored and humbled to have him. Safe travels back to Boston.

Hope this will inspire Pax to show up at another AO…

GTE-74 Blue Ridge Freedom-Ops – September 25

PAX — if you’ve been thinking about doing a Freedom-Op, this is your sign.

GTE-74 Blue Ridge
:round_pushpin: Blue Ridge Mountains (Leesburg,VA)
:date: Fri 25 SEP 2026 – Sun 27 SEP 2026

Marc Rubenstein (ScarU)’s video captured it perfectly — this is more than just a weekend getaway. It’s an opportunity to step away from the noise, embrace challenge, strengthen bonds with other men, and recharge physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Freedom-Ops have a way of pushing men outside their comfort zone while building deeper connection and perspective.

I’ve never done this, but been hearing about it, I am considering to do it. If you’ve never done one before, consider this your invitation.

If you can, get registered by 2359hrs today for lower registration price. Checkout the website https://event.freedom-ops.fit/gte-74
