THE THANG:
1) four corners of weird Burpee’s. Mosey around a square, do 10 reps of each exercise of a different exercise at each corner.
10 Burpees
10 absolution ( from plank, do a groiner, go down to your elbows, plankjack, back up to plank)
10 Navy SEALs (a burpee with three Merkins and a Peter Parker at the bottom)
19 partial Hightowers (Burpee with three hand release Merkins, and three plank jacks at the bottom.)
2) A downwards-counting seven of diamonds:
28 SSH at each corner,
21 curls at each corner,
14 overhead press at each corner,
Seven Alpo at each corner.
3) EMOM (every minute on the minute), Do:
10 dips
10 arm circles with thumbs up
10 big boy sit ups
(We managed to do six rounds, before we ran out of time)
