THE THANG:
#1 Numbers Game:
Each set is burpees, goblet squats, curls, merkins, LBC, run a lap. In that order, first do 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 reps, then 2-4-6-8-10, then 4-8-12-16-20, then 8-16-24-32-40.
#2 EMOM:
Every minute, do 10 merkins, 10 squats, and 10 dips. Repeat 7 times.
#3 stations: while one pair of pax runs a lap, another pair does O-H press, and another does big bois. Rotate through each station 4 times. The runners are the timers.
