Shout Outs!
📣 Shout Out to the PAX for putting in the work to make F3 Princeton’s 7th Anniversary a success. 92 PAX from far and wide were impacted by your efforts
Shout out to SureShot for these awesome photos and drone work!
Brothers—
There’s 6–7… 8 (hate)… 9 (nan)… 10 (tan)… and then… 92.
92 Pax.From Boise, ID to PA to NJ—men showed up.
A perfect morning—50°, felt like 45°, breezy, blue skies… but it wasn’t the weather that made it special. It was the men. Men who set alarms in the dark, and brought energy, encouragement, and brotherhood.
That’s what this is about.
But more than numbers… this was culture on display.
Y’all Leaders in Fitness, Fellowship, Faith – that’s the difference. That’s F3.
F3 Princeton Pax—this doesn’t happen without you. You stepped up. You led. You owned it. From planning to execution, from first welcome to last rep—you were ALL IN. Every detail mattered, and it showed.
And to the men who traveled—they didn’t just attend… they strengthened the fabric of what we’re building.
I’m grateful. Proud. And fired up for what’s ahead.
This wasn’t just a 7-year celebration…It was a statement.
92 strong. Building leaders – driven by culture.Y’all are my gifts because y’all are present! Thank you!
And just getting started.
Blessed! Peace.

📣 Shout Out to Dos Equis for recieving the first Northeast Sector DosEquis Leadership Though Service Award (to be awarded every DOS years).

The story goes somewhat like this… A 63 year old man picked up a magazine in May 2018. Inside was an article about men gathering in the early morning hours for fitness, fellowship, and faith expressed through service to their community.
That caught his attention.
By then, he had already been recognized locally, by the state, and nationally for his impact and service. But he was looking for more. After looking to see no F3 locations in his area, he drove 63 miles over to a neighboring town. When leaving his first workout, he thought, “I want to bring this home.”
Grinding through the fall and winter, his relentless determination drove him to Philadelphia on Saturdays, putting in the work, learning the culture. Then in April 2019, alongside 15 other men, the F3Nation flags were planted in Princeton, New Jersey.
He brought the movement home. But then he kept going, pouring himself into the mission of growing and impacting men across the Northeast.
Fast forward to this past weekend: 92 men from across the country showed up to celebrate the 7-year anniversary of F3 Princeton. Shoulder-to-shoulder.
Today, millions of men now have access to more fitness, more fellowship and more faith across New Jersey, the Heart of PA and beyond.
Our word for guys like this is HIM, High Impact Men. But honestly, even that feels too small.
We call him Dos Equis, because he truly is our Most Interesting Man in the World. And the men of F3Nation are honored to call him our brother.
Love you Dos!!!

📣 Shout Out to BlackHole for receiving F3 Princeton’s 2026 High Impact Man award. Hoist that Golden Coupon high!

Huge congratulations @Patrick Chow (Black Hole) on earning the 2026 #HIMpact Golden Coupon—well deserved, brother.
This recognition isn’t just about you showing up—it’s about the HIMpact you make every time you do. The way you lead, push, and lift up the men around you embodies what it means to be HIMpactful.
Keep setting the standard.
Congratulations!

I am not one for speeches, especially one off-the-cuff. I am honored and humbled by your recognition! 🙏
Thank you to everyone who supported me, not just for this HIM award but over the past 7 years. Today is my F3 birthday too! 🎂
I want to thank @Curtis Hoberman (Dos Equis) for EH’ing my M to get me to post at the launch of F3 Princeton. As I imagine this may resonate with some of you, I was getting cold feet with going to meet a bunch of strangers to do who knows what, at an ungodly hour on a weekend! As someone mentioned recently, M’s are often the ones who push us out here. ❤️
She told me before I even knew it: you will like it! Just go! The rest is history! I want to recognize my fellow HIM finalists: @Sunny The Machine Sehgal ⚙️, who works tirelessly for F3 Princeton, and @Alan Hockenjos (Walden) 🏕️, for so many accomplishments in just 1 year! 💪💪
To those who want to be in contention for the 2027 award: @Dick Clark, our inaugural winner, posts to an F3 WO or event every single day of the year! For me, I am honestly leary to bring this golden coupon home. It will be a constant reminder to my M of how much time I devote to F3 in all its aspects: from posting and planning Q’s, to attending Post2Prosts and 2nd F happy hours, from figuring out Buddies to match each month to social media posts and tabling at various community events. My M often tells me: you spend more time working on F3 stuff than on actually exercising! I really have to hide this award! Nevertheless, I leave you with what our nantan @Achilles Estavillo (SideOut/JabJab/Scorpion King) encourages all of us to do: BE ALL IN! I challenge each of you to find what you want to do for the F3 mission and just go lead it.

📣 Huge ShoutOut and gratitude to @Sunny The Machine Sehgal for handling and collecting the funds to purchase the 10 things for the hygiene kit. For @Marc Rubenstein (ScarU) for setting up with Trenton Rescue Mission.
That’s what it’s all about: serving others, showing up with purpose, and putting faith into action. Your leadership made an impact beyond what we can see. Appreciate you both for stepping up and making a difference, brothers.
Special Thanks to #Knight2F3 for helping deliver the hygiene kits.
Trenton Rescue Mission was so thankful, grateful and excited to hand these out.

Schuylkill River Relay – 4/26 – Philly
I’ve registered team “F3 Princeton” for the Schuylkill River Relay on Sun April 26: I’ve run 19 races in the past 3 years, and this was the most fun (https://runsignup.com/Race/PA/MontClare/TheSchuylkillRiver50kRelay). @Marc Rubenstein (ScarU) is confirmed. We need 5 more (including one alternate, who can run in a pair). Each person runs ~5 miles. It’s really fun. I’ve paid the full amount (cost is $47/person).

The return of GTE Events for 2026
Hey PAX who are up for a serious challenge: read the post from Cadre Daniel of F3….the Freedom Ops experience will be life changing I can assure you.
“Men of this great nation, from the first GrowRuck event conceptualized by F3 co-founders Dredd and OBT in NOV 2016 (Jax Beach, FL) until present, there have been 62 Growth Training Exercises (GTE) and Growth Running Exercises (GRE) with 3,502 pax completing one of these transformational events! Now in 2026, Freedom Ops (formerly GrowRuck) is bringing ten GTEs, one GRE, and a new event concept called Vanguard Series – Phalanx to strategic locations throughout the US. It is my strong opinion that every man should complete at least one GTE or GRE for his leadership development and the betterment of his own mental toughness. Added benefit… these events are guaranteed to accelerate community growth. Are you ready to be transformed? Are you prepared to transform your community? Get some! Sign up! Train hard! Perform! (the photo shown is from a cadre member training camp last winter in VA… the Freedom Ops cadre team is ready to change lives… how about YOU?!)”

Sign ups are live now for the Blue Ridge GTE!
I know a bunch of bad asses in this group who would kick the pants off this challenge. Guaranteed you’ll grow as a person and as a leader- ask @Harjot Pannu (Cruiser) – Sept 25-27 in Blue Ridge, VA
