Hibernian Friday Fish Fry – March 15th at 6:30pm
DosEquis would like your company at the Hibernian Club in Hamilton, NJ on March 15th at 6:30pm. A few HIMs & their Ms did a test run this last Friday and it is highly recommended. This is an annual event where the Hibernian Club opens to the public. Check out the details here.

Crossfit – “Tunnel to towers” Workout – April 6th
Bros,
Announcement for those of you who wanted to checkout my “CrossFit crib” for a while but have not been able to yet. There is perfect opportunity to do it now and do charity “Tunnel to towers” workout on April 6 (Sat) at 9am (doors open at 8.30).
You need to pre-register and requested donation is $10 (for Tunnel to Towers). There will be 2 versions of the workout – scaled one new comers.

We can finish our F3 boot camp at 8am, have quick coffeeteria and you can head down with me to my “CrossFit crib” for 9am. Now you all can see where exactly I am heading out after our boot camp every Saturday morning.

5th Anniversary of F3 Princeton – April 13th
Save the date! F3 Princeton’s 5th anniversary is coming up on April 13th.
UPDATE: We are gathering funds to make this event a success. At least half of your donation will go towards the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen.
@SideOut is gathering funds and a $25 suggested donation can be sent to him via Paypal or Venmo.
Schuylkill River 50k Relay & Ultra Marathon – April 20th

The Schuylkill River 50k Relay & Ultra Marathon is on Saturday April 20, 2024. It includes the following events:
The Schuylkill River 50k – Solo Run
The Schuylkill River 50k Relay – 3 Person Relay
The Schuylkill River 50k Relay -6 Person Relay
The Schuylkill River 50k – Solo Run – Virtual/Remote Run.
UPDATE: We have now assembled a 3 man team and a 2nd 6 man team. We welcome any other PAX to form another team.
Book Club – Freed to Lead – Thursdays @ 8pm
Join your brothers on Thursday night @ 8pm on Zoom to keep discussing ‘Freed to Lead’ which is the story, told by F3’s co-founders, of how they unwittingly launched an international movement from a Charlotte, N.C., middle school on New Year’s Day 2011. Through anecdote, metaphor, and the occasional “Truth Nugget,” Dave “Dredd” Redding and Tim “OBT” Whitmire reveal how the Three Fs they stumbled on – Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith – cure the “Sad Clown Syndrome” that plagues so many men in our culture and offer a solution to our society’s male leadership vacuum.
