A very heart felt THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support us yesterday from the workout at Rosedale to the coffeteria at Terra Momo, Pennington Day and the after-party!
It was an awesome 12 hours! We had a great turnout both in pax and festival goers! @Manish Bhansali (F3 – Aviator) Wingman’s wheel was a hit as always! Unfortunately one of the kids was too aggressively spinning the wheel and the cardboard separated from the metal ring. We will replace it as it has served us well these past 3(?) years!
F3 + The Father Center Workout – Thursday, May 23rd@ 6:15am
Looking to expand F3 to Trenton area so an opportunity ARISED to partner with the Father Center of NJ for a workout, that I hope will develop into a regular F3 weekly workout in Burlington, NJ.
Unfortunately this falls on a Thursday AM, May 23d, at 6:15, and we have the Oak as well as the SOT. Do not want to take away any growth from either location but if someone wants to help me out, I would appreciate it.

West Windsor Arts hosts the ArtWalk– June 1st
Attention PAX!
Need your help- need a volunteer Leader/point person for the West Windsor Arts Walk on June 1st from 11am-2pm.
The goal for the event will be to engage the community with fun exercises for all ages/fitness levels.
“West Windsor Arts hosts the ArtWalk, a 1-mile fun walk around our neighborhood with family-friendly art activities, games, picnics, music, and more!”

Lumberton 5k – June 8th
My son Kamran (Coal Mine) and I plan to run a 5k in Lumberton the morning of Saturday June 8 (you can also walk). These community races are a lot of fun, support good causes, and are good motivation to train. 1st Annual NJ F3 Convergence – June 22nd, 7am
Attention F3 Princeton PAX!
Saturday, June 22nd at 7 am will be the 1st Annual NJ F3 Convergence, titled the 1st Annual NJ F3 Convergence- Summer Solstice at the Jersey Shore, location tentative but looking like Avon by the Sea.
I am requesting that we cancel all of our local Saturday workouts and get as MANY guys as possible to go down the shore.
The plan is for 1.5 hour workout, (various Q’s from the different regions).
Coffeeteria will follow.

Blue Ridge Relay 2024 – 9/5 to 9/9
To all runner pax! The one and only spectacular Blue Ridge Relay is back on this year and Lowe’s is recruiting team members for 9 man team. Maybe if there is a lot of interest and commitments plans can change to 12 man team, not sure. There are spots available, regardless. Dates: depart for VA Sept 5, return from NC Sept 9.
Please reach out to DC and myself. If you have done this before – BRR is your race, if you have always thought about it but have not tried – it is an experience to remember!

Downrange PAX
Posting at another F3 location is know as posting “downrange”. If you’re traveling, check out the #downrange channel on the F3Nation Slack for opportunities to meet up with brothers all around the world.
Bond at Everest Base Camp
On 5/3/2024, @Yogi Naik Bond trekked to Namche Bazaar which is at 3000 meters using mules to carry luggage. Along the route, he visited Nepali temples with circular bells that one moves clockwise as one prays. A quick tip here is that this is the place where most people decide whether they want to continue further and things get increasingly difficult from this point. Wifi and hot water is not guaranteed and most bathrooms are communal.

Flatbush downrange in St Simons Island, GA
Proud F3 moment — I’m in St Simons Island, GA and walked into a coffee shop while on a call. A young gentleman complimented my footwear and then noticed the F3 Princeton half-zip I was wearing. He mentioned that he had been invited multiple times by a few of his fellow church members, but “they work out soooo early in the morning, at 6 AM, and that’s a little crazy for me!” I excused myself and put my call on hold and encouraged him to just . show . up…and get some of that F3 brotherly love, encouragement, and support. And just do whatever he is able to do – just get out there, move, and get 1% better than he was before he showed up. He asked me my F3 name and said a friend of his already told him he has a great F3 name already selected for him, so now he absolutely needs to show up for an F3 christening.
His excitement was palpable and he said he was sooooo inspired now — gave me dap and a hug — Wayne may be now joining the F3 St Simons brotherhood — AO St Simons Community Church Tuesdays at 5:30 AM. I may never see him again, but I’m ecstatic to have been an inspiration to the young man…
