WARMUP: The Usual Full body stretch and 10 count Motivators
THE THANG: 3 person team – first team member in plank position, 2nd member runs to the Colliseum and do 25 reps of exercise in order and 3rd member runs up the Helmet Hill in reverse and runs down the Hill to relieve the person in plank position. Everyone rotates between plank position to the Colliseum and then run up the hill after completing 25 reps of the following – Burpees, Step up. Big Boy Sit ups, Derkins, Squats, Dips. Calf Raises, Mountain Climbers, Lunges, Imperial Walker Squats. Hand Release Merkins and Monkey Humpers .
