THANG 1:
– Run / sprint / run around the parking lot (~300 m total?)
– 5 side plank merkins
– 10 copperhead squats
– 15 big boi situps
– 20 walnut crackers
– repeat the above for a total of 5 laps

– 20 Fluttah (4-ct)
– 20 mountain climbers
– 20 quick feet (football style drill – chop feet quickly and hit the deck and get back up when Q says “down”)
