WARMUP:
Mosey to the quad with blocks, then drop blocks and pre-run the 400m loop. A few arm circles, some copperhead squats, and then getting down to business
THE THANG:
IPC week 0:
Start EMOM timer.
EMOM do 5 burpees then AMRAP block thrusters until minute timer goes off again. Rinse and repeat until reach 100 thrusters.
Run 400
Same as above except reverse: do 5 thrusters instead of burpees EMOM, and AMRAP burpees until reach 100 cumulative burpees
