THE THANG:
Tabata workout with a human timer manning the battle rope:
Round 1:
Pax 1 calls out a movement (I.e merkins) then performs 5 intervals of 20 battle rope slams with a 10 count between each interval. During each interval, remaining pax are doing AMRAP of the prescribed movement

Rotate through until all pax have had two turns on the rope (16 rounds total). A few moseys sprinkled in.

Hero award goes to Switchblade for being the only one to remember that the pax on the rope doesn’t have to do the other movement, and prescribing burpees! Good to see Kolisi and SB back out.

The battle rope was tough and the fellas ground it out. Nice work!
