Run 1/4 of front loop, do 10x 8 count body builders, run back to start, do 40x WW1 sit-ups
Run 1/2 loop, do 20x 8 CBBs, run back and do 30x WW1s. Continue until get to 40x 8CBBs and 10x WW1s, then work way back down, swapping out 8CBBs/WW1s for merkins and AHs
