Check Out the details…
Brothers,
On Saturday, December 7 we will embark on our first CSAUP – Completely Senseless And Utterly Pointless event. We will visit every AO of F3 Princeton
and work out at each location. You may ask why?
1) Just because we can
2) Just because we have grown a lot in the recent years and this event will enable us to connect better between all our AOs
3) Just because we want to show up in greater numbers and inspire each other and inspire others to join F3 at any of our AOs
4) Just because our fitness allows us to
5) Add your own reason
Please fill out this form so we know you commit to participate in the whole event:
https://forms.gle/mVy59HNDCEuSKNCt8
Make sure to indicate if you are willing to be a carpool driver (this means you can drive 3 more people in your car) and indicate if you can
bring your our dumbbell or kettlebell or need one. Have the weight you bring challenging (not 5-10 lbs, or if you bring 10# dumbbells – bring a pair).
Please DO NOT bring cement blocks (so we dont scratch our friends cars and dont risk injury).
If you wish – for the run/jog/walk portion of CSAUP please feel free to bring your weighted vest or backpack in order to train for our upcoming
solstice ruck event.
If you are unable to commit to the whole event – you can still join at any of our AOs. Please still fill out the form at the link above,
